People spend millions of dollars on Halloween festivities each year and create tons of unnecessary waste. 	Eco-deco! Decorate for Halloween with reusable supplies. Buy organic pumpkins and compost them later.
	Car-ghoul! Coordinate with friends to trick-or-treat in a carpool. Ride your bike or walk if you can.
	Change and save! Change your front porch light for trick-or-treaters (or all the bulbs in your home) from an incandescent light bulb to a compact fluorescent lamp.
