Send a Mission Himalaya eCard to a Friend

Mission Himalaya eCard ThumbnailStretching 1,550 miles across the “roof of the world,” the Himalayan Mountains remain one of the world’s most mysterious and remote landscapes. From the world's highest peaks to the deepest river gorges, the region - home to both the Himalaya and Mountains of Southwest China biodiversity hotspots - harbors a wealth of biological, spiritual, and cultural treasures.

Conservation International's (CI) Rapid Assessment Program (RAP) and Disney's Animal Kingdom deployed two scientific research teams to explore and document the many wonders of this special place, including finding many species new to science. Discovery Networks accompanied CI and Disney to document the expedition’s journey and share the unique story with millions of viewers.

Use our free paperless eCards to spread the word about the Mission Himalayas expedition.
